In some cases, it may be useful to display the name of the extension you are calling. This makes it clear before the call is answered whether it is a call to the support hotline or a new customer. Here you can find out how to activate or deactivate the display of the extension in the display.
The operating option for the extension display can be found in the settings of your Cloud Telefonanlage under “Edit extension / Incoming telephony”. There you can set the desired behaviour under “Extension name”.
Active= Name of your called extension is displayed
Inactive= Phone number of the caller is displayed
